The health and safety of our members has always been a top priority at SunWest Credit Union. Because we've taken a number of actions (like 6-feet social-distancing floor markers, sanitation stations, increased sanitation between members, germ shields, providing masks for our staff, and limiting the number of people permitted in a branch at any given time) to ensure you have safe access to your financial services, please keep in mind that lines and wait times may be longer than usual. We may also request that you wait outside or in your car if our branches have reached the maximum occupancy for that location. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work diligently to reduce your exposure to COVID-19.

To reduce the risk of exposure, we encourage you to continue to access your account through the following channels whenever possible: Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Telephone Banking, Branch Drive-Thru ATMs, Remote Check Deposit, Online Bill Pay, Allpoint ATM Network, and Star ATM Network, Apply online for necessary loans, and Make payments over the phone.

  • Appointment-Required Services

    Appointments are required for time-intensive services, like Account Openings & Modifications, Loan Services, Notary Services.

  • Walk-in Services

    Walk-ins are welcome for the following services: Cash & Check Withdrawals or Deposits, Shared Branch Transactions, Loan Payments, and Debit Card Replacements.

  • Drive-Thru ATM Services

    Our drive-thru services remain open for deposits, payments, withdrawals up to $2,500 per member, per day, transfers, and some account modifications. Drive-thru ATMs allow for withdrawals of up to $500 per card, per day.

    Other account services may be available on a case-by-case basis. Please call your nearest location to discuss your situation directly with a Member Service Representative.

  • Night-Drop Services

    Our night drop services remain open for deposits and payments.

  • Walk-Up ATM Services

    Our ATMs remain open for withdrawals of up to $500 per card, per day.
