After careful consideration of how to do just that, we have decided to close the following 2 branch locations, no later than March 31, 2024.

2. Campbell - 3615 N Campbell Ave, Tucson, AZ 85719

Branch Locations: We recently announced the relocation of our Cactus Branch to a more centralized and secure location at 43rd + Thunderbird (coming February 26, 2024). This move prioritizes the convenience and safety of our members. These additional location changes align with our commitment to enhancing member services by providing branches in the most accessible areas for our membership + help ensure that you receive the outstanding service you deserve.
Digital Banking: We're devoted to advancing our digital banking platforms, extending convenient access and control over your accounts 24/7. Our ongoing improvements make these platforms more intuitive and expansive, giving you the power to manage your finances wherever you are.
Further Assistance: Our Member Information Center is expanding + they are available to assist you with various transactions and any questions or concerns you may have. Call us at 602.866.1100 or chat with us online.
The decision to close branches was made after careful consideration of various factors such as branch traffic and how to improve our overall member experience. We have seen a shift in how our members use banking services, with a majority opting for online and mobile banking, and this allows us to continue building and improving on these services.
You can access your account 24/7 and process transactions directly through online and mobile banking, as well as our Voice Automated Line (VAL). If you need to speak with a SunWest representative, you can call our Member Information Center at 602.866.1100 Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. You can also access your SunWest account nationwide at participating credit unions through the Co-op Shared Branch network.
For our McDowell members looking for the closest SunWest location, our new Thunderbird Branch at 4141 W Thunderbird Rd, Phoenix, AZ, 85053 will be open February 26th.
