Accessibility is one of our top priorities. Use our Voice Access Line (referred to as "VAL") to make transactions at your convenience.
If it has been a while since you last logged into online banking, or if you have never registered for online banking, try registering as a new user. You'll need your member number and full social security number.
Using the local or toll-free number above, call our VAL line. When prompted, enter your member number followed by "#".
Your VAL Access Code is the last 4 digits of the primary member’s social security number. Do not share your access code - it allows complete access to your account. To prevent fraud, the Voice Access Line will disconnect after an invalid code is entered three consecutive times.
After you log in for the first time, change your access code by entering “66#” or give us a call.
If you already know the service code for your desired transaction, enter the service code to bypass the spoken instructions and get down to business.
Don't worry about pressing the wrong button - press "#" at any time to cancel the last entry. Be sure to enter dollar amountswithout using adecimal point.
For example: $100.00 should be entered as “$10000”.
All check withdrawals will be mailed the following business day to the address on file.
Browse the service code directory below to find the transaction you're looking for, or click one of the categories to help narrow it down.
*Accounts must be previously linked. Visit your local branch or call for more information.
