what is icu day?

International Credit Union Day (ICU Day) is a worldwide celebration of the credit union movement held on the third Thursday of October.

The first official ICU Day was celebrated in 1948, but cooperative finance and the ideology of working as a community to achieve financial success has ancient roots across many cultures.
