Use your mobile wallet to pay in stores, online, and for in-app purchases. Paying with mobile wallet is not only a fast and convenient solution, but it is also a secure way to pay for everyday purchases without the hassle of shuffling through your wallet. 

Getting Started is Easy!

Simply choose your preferred mobile wallet and add your SunWest credit or debit card to start paying for purchases.

What are the benefits of using mobile wallet?

  • Mobile wallet payments are FAST! No more fumbling through your purse or wallet or stressing about leaving your card at home. Your mobile wallet is always ready to use.
  • Mobile wallet payments are CONVENIENT! Mobile wallet payments are accepted at a growing number of merchants, both online and in-person.
  • Mobile wallet payments are SECURE! Your card number is never exposed to merchants, keeping your transactions safe.

Who can use mobile wallet?

All SunWest members with a smartphone and a SunWest debit or credit card are eligible to use mobile wallet payments.

How do I enroll in Apple Pay™?

Enrolling in Apple Pay™ is a quick process that requires you to follow a few easy prompts: 

  1. First, ensure that you have downloaded the latest version of iOS, watchOS, or macOS
  2. Next, go to "Wallet" and hit the "+" symbol
  3. Follow the prompts to add your new card
  4. Some users may need to activate their mobile wallet with SunWest prior to using the service. If we need more information to activate your card via mobile wallet, you will be prompted to call us to complete the process

How do I enroll in Samsung Pay™?

To enroll in Samsung Pay™, simply follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Open the Samsung Pay app on your mobile device 
  2. Click on "Menu" in the top left corner
  3. Click "Cards" and then "Add Card" 
  4. Choose the "Add credit/debit card" option and follow the directions to register your card
  5. Some users may need to activate their mobile wallet with SunWest prior to using the service. If we need more information to activate your card via mobile wallet, you will be prompted to call us to complete the process

How do I enroll in Google Pay™?

1. Download the Google Pay™ app 

2. Follow the on-screen instructions to add your SunWest credit or debit card

3. Some users may need to activate their mobile wallet with SunWest prior to using the service. If we need more information to activate your card via mobile wallet, you will be prompted to call us to complete the process.

Are there any fees for using mobile wallet?

SunWest does not charge any fees for using mobile wallet.

How do mobile wallets keep my payment information secure?

Mobile wallets use a token to prevent your card information from being exposed when making purchases. This reduces the risk of your payment information being stored or compromised because only the token is passed on and your payment card information is never shared with the merchant. In addition, if your device is ever lost or stolen, you will not need to cancel your payment card, only the token, which can be quickly disabled and then reissued. If your mobile device is lost or stolen, please contact us at 602.866.1100 as soon as possible so that we can remove your card and tokens from mobile wallet. 

Are there any fees for using mobile wallet?

SunWest does not charge any fees for using mobile wallet.
