SunWest does not lend on homes that are not designated as your primary residence (the home you live in).
The borrower is responsible for paying any applicable escrow and property tax fees.
Yes. You can refinance your current VA or FHA loan to a Conventional Mortgage at SunWest, and doing so could save you additional money. While FHA loans require you to carry PMI (Private Mortgage Insurance), this is not required on Conventional Mortgages that have at least 20% equity.
There is no minimum credit score requirement to refinance a mortgage.
All First Mortgage Refinances will require an appraisal. This fee is added to the closing costs of the loan and is a minimum of $375.
