Your member number/password combination allows full access to your SunWest account. Do not give it out to anyone and we will never ask you for it. It can be changed at anytime through the "user options" section of online banking. Your password must be 7 characters in length and include at least one letter, one number and one special character. If you forget your password, call us at (602) 866-1100 or 1-800-352-4055 to have it reset. For first-time online banking users, your password will be your VAL access code.
When using online banking, access to your account will be blocked after a few unsuccessful login attempts and your access will remain blocked until you contact us at (602) 866-1100 or 1-800-352-4055. Your online banking session may also "time out" if you leave the online banking session open without interacting with the page after a certain period of time. This "time out" can be customized through online banking.
