We prioritize member service + security. That’s why we are so excited to announce that we are relocating our Cactus Branch currently located at 11829 N. 28th Drive to 43rd Avenue + Thunderbird Road!

why the move?

While we’re so grateful for the relationships + success we’ve experienced at Cactus, this move is in the best interest of our SunWest community. 

  • Enhanced Accessibility. Our new address offers increased visibility, accessibility, and improved facilities.
  • Convenience in Mind. Just minutes away, our new branch is located in a high-traffic area, making your visit easier than ever.
  • Safety First. Your safety is a top priority. Our new location is in a more secure area, ensuring both staff and members feel comfortable.

CHANGES TO EXPECT

  • No Drive-Thru Teller. Our Thunderbird Branch lobby is much more accessible, and we’ll have you in and out faster than you can say, “Can you send the tube over?”
  • No Safe Deposit Boxes. Members who currently have a safe deposit box should have recently received a notification. If you have not yet made closure arrangements, please do so no later than December 12, 2023 to avoid drilling fees or property escheatment to the State of Arizona.
