Here at SunWest, we don't mind if you need to pay your SunWest loan with funds from another institution (our hearts may be a little crushed, but we'll still love you). That's why we offer several options when it comes to using another institution to make your loan payments with us. Take a peek at the available methods below:
TransferNow allows you to transfer funds between your financial institution and your SunWest account so you can pay your loan with ease. Log into online banking to add an outside account + schedule an external transfer to make your payment.
Add SunWest as a payee in Bill Pay with another financial institution. Don't forget to add your SunWest account + loan number to ensure payment is delivered to the correct loan. Once you have added SunWest as a Payee, you can schedule payments according to their due dates.
Send your loan payment via check to:SunWest Credit UnionAttn: Loan Payment11839 N. 28th Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85029 and or give us a call at 833-886-6104 to make your loan payment over the phone. A $10 convenience fee will be applied to the payment.
Make a payment online with a debit or credit card using our online payment portal. A $10 convenience fee will be applied to the payment.

Transfer funds between external accounts through TransferNow:
To verify account ownership, SunWest will send two small deposits to the account you set up through online banking. You have 3 attempts to enter the correct deposit amounts. You do not need to be a BillPay user but must be enrolled in online banking.
Transfer funds between SunWest and up to 5 additional financial institutions. The minimum transfer amount is $10.
Schedule transfers for future and recurring dates.
Send funds Next Day ($2.50 fee) or through our Standard Delivery (up to 3 Days).
