Lost or Stolen Debit/Credit Card (available 24/7)
Your privacy is our number one goal here at SunWest Federal Credit Union. We want to make sure any lost or stolen debit or credit card is reported to us immediately to ensure that you continue to be protected against fraud. Please use the number below to contact us to report your card as stolen or lost as soon as you notice it missing.
Lost or Stolen ATM Card (available during Regular Branch Hours)
We understand that your ATM card may be your most frequently used card and we want to fix this issue as soon as possible. As soon as you notice your card missing, please contact us at one of the numbers below or visit your nearest branch.

SunWest Federal Credit Union will never send you an email asking you to confirm your membership number and/or password. If you receive an email asking to confirm this information, do not reply. If you replied to the email and provided personal information, contact us immediately.

CO-OP Shared Branch
Access your SunWest account at more than 5,000 CO-OP shared branch credit union locations. Regardless of the name on the door, if they are part of the CO-OP shared branch network, you can access your SunWest account. You can complete many basic banking tasks including: deposit a check, withdraw cash, transfer money between accounts, check balances, check recent account history and even make a loan payment. Shared branching also includes access at over 2,200 Vcom® banking kiosks in select 7-Eleven® stores. Whether using shared branching at a CU Service Center® or a Vcom® kiosk, you will need your SunWest account number and either a SunWest ATM card, SunWest debit card or a valid State ID/Driver's License.
